Gilberdyke in the summer of 2007 was flooded like many other locations around the UK. The Gilberdyke Parish Council and the Gilberdyke Flood Group sought to investigate this event and has made efforts to try and solve the problem for future years. A statement from the Parish Council on funding has been produced and a report by the Mason Clerk Associates who carried out the survey of the area can be found on this WEB site.
