The Parish Council like all other Parish Councils in the UK require there accounts to be audited. Gilberdyke Parish Accounts are audited yearly and are kept on record with the Parish Clerk a copy of the most recent audit is on this web site.
The Parish Council reviews the precept yearly for submission to the Councty Council. The County Council, after approval, will amend the council tax rates appropriately in the next tax year.
It is the intention of the Parish Council to maintain this web page for public viewing with the current Precept.
This is the third year that the precept has been placed onto the Gilberdyke Parish Council web site. The 2009 - 2010 and 2010 - 2011 data is present for comparison purposes. As can be seen from the data, there has been no change in the precept for 2011 - 2012 which was agreed by all councillors to reflect the current economic climate. |
