 The Gilberdyke Parish Council meets every second Tuesday of every month at 7.30pm, the dates are as follows:

11th January 2010 Parish Council Meeting

12th April 2010 Parish Council Meeting, Annual Parish Meeting, Annual Parish Council Meeting


 Parish Council Meetings are held at the Common Room, Scalby Lane, Gilberdyke, East Riding Of Yorkshire.


 

Note:
Members of the public can attend the parish council meetings and do get an opportunity to put forward queries and information to the council in a limited time slot during the first part of the meeting.  It should be noted that this section is not a formal discussion but information exchange so that the parish council can act on the query or information when the meeting re-opens.  The public must not intervene or disturb the meeting once opened and can be asked to leave.  Members of the public may be asked questions during the meeting but only with the authorisation from the chair.  Members of other councils can speak during the meeting to offer information and advice to the council.
