The Gilberdyke Parish Council meets every second Tuesday of every month at 7.30pm, the dates are as follows:

Parish Council Meetings are held at the Common Room, Scalby Lane, Gilberdyke, East Riding Of Yorkshire.
Note: Members of the public can attend the parish council meetings and do get an opportunity to put forward queries and information to the council in a limited time slot during the first part of the meeting or around 3 minutes per subject. It should be noted that this section is not a formal discussion but information exchange so that the parish council can act on the query or information when the meeting re-opens. The public must not intervene or disturb the meeting once opened and can be asked to leave. Members of the public may be asked questions during the meeting but only with the authorisation from the chair. Members of other councils and invited individuals can speak during the meeting to offer information and advice to the council. It must be noted that the conduct of members of the public must be of good order at all times to the councilors and the parish clerk.
It must be stressed that the parish clerk is an empolyee of the parish and in so being she will be protected from any kind of abuse during these meetings, it must be stressed that the councilors act as the clerks employer. Misconduct by members of the public towards employees of the parish council is very serious and action will be taken to irradicate these offences by the councilors of this parish including police involvement if needed. |
