The minutes do not reflect the meeting word for word but contains the majority of the actions discussed. We have tried our best to remove errors to the best of our ability but we are human and some errors are inevitable. It is not the Parish Councils intent to mislead, deceive or victimise the public or individuals and our aim is to be as transparent as possible which we hope this is reflected in this publication.
